How to Shop at Kingston

Visit the Shop page and explore our categories:
- Use the search bar at the top to find items fast
- Click a category in the sidebar (Stationery, Electronics, etc.)
- Use the price filter to stay in your budget
- Toggle between grid and list view

Add to Cart
When you find something you want:
- Click "Add to Cart" on the product card
- Or click the product to see full details, then add to cart
- Keep shopping — your cart saves items as you browse
- Click the cart icon in the header to view your cart anytime

Review Your Cart
In the cart page you can:
- Adjust quantities with the + and − buttons
- Remove items you don't want
- See your subtotal, delivery fee, and total
- Orders over KSh 5,000 get FREE delivery

Login or Create an Account
To proceed to checkout, you'll need an account:
- Already have one? Log in
- New here? Create an account — it takes 30 seconds
- Your cart is saved — you won't lose items when you log in

Pay with M-Pesa
We accept M-Pesa for secure mobile payment:
- You'll be prompted for your M-Pesa phone number
- You'll receive an STK push — enter your PIN to confirm
- Payment is instant, and you'll get an order confirmation
- Cash on delivery is also available within Busia Town

Track Your Order
After ordering:
- You'll receive a confirmation with your order number
- View all your orders at My Orders
- We'll notify you when it's shipped and delivered
- Same-day delivery available in Busia Town (order before 12 PM)
