2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts at our discretion.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • We do our best to keep stock accurate — if an item is unavailable, we will contact you.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • We accept M-Pesa, Cash on Delivery (within Busia Town), and Bank Transfer for bulk orders.
  • For M-Pesa payments, an STK Push will be sent to your phone — enter your PIN to confirm.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across Kenya. See our Delivery Information page for zones, charges, and timelines.
  • Free delivery on orders over KSh 5,000.
  • Delivery times are estimates — actual delivery may vary.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • See our Returns Policy for full details.
  • Certain items (perishables, personal care, opened products) cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Kingston Stationers & Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
